DONATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 Nature of Donations All donations made to Love for Humanity Neev are voluntary contributions toward charitable causes. Donations are used exclusively for the social welfare activities described on this website — including medical treatment support, education, cochlear implant surgeries, and youth livelihood programs.

3.2 Payment Methods Donations may be made through:

Cheque in favour of "Love for Humanity Neev"
Cash — only against a written money receipt. Never donate cash without obtaining a receipt.

3.3 Receipts & Tax Benefits

A money receipt will be issued for every donation received.
Donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Donors must provide their full name, address, and PAN number to claim 80G deduction.

3.4 Cause-Specific Donations Donors may specify a cause (e.g., cancer treatment, blind student education, cochlear implant). We will make reasonable efforts to direct funds toward the specified cause. However, in cases of operational necessity, funds may be redirected to another active cause of equal urgency with prior intimation where possible.

3.5 Refund Policy As Love for Humanity Neev is a non-profit charitable organization, all donations are generally non-refundable once received and processed. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment made in error
Technical error resulting in incorrect deduction
Written refund request submitted within 7 days of the transaction date

Refund requests must be sent to our contact numbers with proof of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

3.6 CSR Donations Corporate donors contributing under CSR (Companies Act, 2013) will receive full documentation including utilization certificates, impact reports, and receipts required for MCA compliance. CSR Registration No.: CSR00080339.
